Rapid RFID tag scans in various environments

Armed with the AutoMac and breakthrough antenna design, the RFD8500 will give you the maximum read/write speeds and ranges needed to enhance workforce efficiency.

Long lasting high capacity battery

Extensive inventory to scan? Huge warehouse to go through? Combined with the superior performance of the reader and strong battery the RFD8500 won’t run out of power on you.

Capture 1D/2D bar codes with greater precision

Zebra’s SE4710 enterprise-class imager offers PRZM intelligent imaging technology, megapixel sensor and advanced optics for lightening-fast capture.

Attached and remove in seconds

Using the quad lock system from Zebra or third party companies enables simple twist and lock mechanism for your mobile device.

Application development made easy with Zebra’s unique ZETI protocol

Zebra Easy Text Interface (ZETI) can be used across many operating system platforms, essentially eliminating the need to use a software development kit (SDK). This human readable ASCII protocol makes it fast and easy for the host to communicate with the RFD8500 without the need to create an actual application, reducing application development and costs.
