RFIDdirect in Kleve, Germany
Mohssine is RFIDdirect’s newly appointed sales executive at their German Hub, Kleve. He is experienced in the world of RFID – having worked for a number of years in BeNeLux & Germany.
RFIDdirect are delighted to have him on board; Mohssine’s understanding of customer needs and expectations of the implementation of RFID solutions is outstanding, also realistic and honest, always offering a long-term solution – never a short-term fix.
Mohssine says;
I am happy to be working with RFIDdirect – as they put such a focus on a super-high level of customer service; we care equally about small-scale enterprises to global companies – we’re always available to talk”.
Building customer loyalty and relationships are paramount in Mohssine’s way of working fitting perfectly with RFIDdirect’s mission to keep track – but most of all – add value to your business.
With a new management structure, RFIDdirect aims for an active role in Industry 4.0 system solutions through RFID-enabled data capture and data management for manufacturing focusing on UK, Germany, The Netherlands.
UK, South East Region
Mike Crowley is UK Regional Sales for RFIDdirect in the South East. His experience in the manufacturing sector and his entrepreneurial vigour will be instrumental in extending RFIDdirect’s reach in the UK. Mike tells us;
Since joining @RFIDdirect January 2020, I have been developing my contribution to this established RFID business – aiming to support SMEs in data capture solutions in manufacturing & other sectors. From my background and current profession in providing trusted supply chain solutions for OEMs & innovators in the electronics industry, I can add to the go-to service of RFIDdirect UK. This will help retain commitment to customers through extra direct contact and after-sales support.
Spreading the word about the benefits of RFID technology
Both Mohssine and Mike are dedicated to spreading RFID positivity (as RFIDdirect have done so for 30+ years), removing commonly-held misunderstandings. Also, highlighting the benefits to (including many sectors who feel RFID is “not for them”) that RFID actually does work well. It is tried and tested across different manufacturing enterprises – from textiles to plastics – to retail and supply chain; access control, asset and people ID. These elements are all part of a connected world where digitisation of data plays an increasingly important role. RFID asset/event track trace can offer the all-important first step in capturing basic data to transform into valuable information for businesses to move forward.
RFIDdirect’s MD is future-optimistic
“We know people dismiss RFID as costly, too complicated or non-effective”, says RFIDdirect MD Frits van Calker;
But I have every faith in these two appointees who can demonstrate the advantages of RFID technology and how a solution has the ability to turn data capture into value information and consequently, wider business benefits. Both Mohssine and Mike are talented in their fields and are willing to help potential customers meet their business goals.
Both Mike and Mohssine are available to explain procedures, set-ups – from individual components to a whole data capture solution – talking you through the most appropriate possibilities;
